Police are still on the hunt for arsonists after three cars were torched in Netherfield in four days.
Officers were called to a vehicle which was completely burned out in Pearson Street, Netherfield, in the early hours of Thursday, February 4.
And two cars were set ablaze in Hodgkinson Street in the suburb early on Sunday, February 7 – with the flames melting a front door on the road.
Police are not currently linking the fires in the two separate streets – but do believe both incidents in Hodgkinson Street are linked and confirmed that the car in Pearson Street was deliberately set alight.
Extra patrols have been made in the area by police officers.
