Nottingham: A beer thief was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £12 compensation. Rafal Zdzieblowski, 42, of Bath Street, Sneinton, stole eight cans of Speckled Hen from My Local Store, Nottingham Railway Station, on October 7. He further admitted failing to surrender to custody at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on January 22.
Lenton: Jason Flanagan, 44, of Hatley Close, The Meadows, was fined £400 and banned from driving for three years after pleading guilty at Nottingham Magistrates' Court to drink-driving in a BMW 3 Series in Cecil Street on December 23. Flanagan had 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35. JPs also ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85.
Bestwood Park: Sebastian Graja, 36, of Dale Grove, received a community order after admitting assaulting two people and damaging a £90 watch.
Magistrates in Nottingham heard the offences were all committed in Sneinton on December 18. Graja was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work in 12 months and pay a victim surcharge of £60, £90 compensation for damaging the watch and costs of £85.
Nottingham: A 27-year-old man was conditionally discharged for 12 months for possessing cannabis in the Bridewell Custody Suite. Sebastian Darling, of Field Maple Drive, Bobbers Mill, was sentenced after he admitted having the drug in January. Nottingham magistrates ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £45.
